I will ensure your home is well cared for and your pets receive companionship and love while you’re away. You’ll return to a clean home, happy pets, and detailed updates from me. • Rates:

  • Base: $150/night (5pm - 9am)

  • Additional time on first and/or last day: $20/hr

  • Each additional dog: $15/night

  • Each additional cat: $10/night

  • Each additional bird or small animal: $5/night

  • Puppy: $160/night (5pm - 9am)

• Payment:

• Nonrefundable 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to lock in your dates.

• Balance is due on the first day of service.

• Cancellation policy: Deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel within 7 days, the full rate will be charged.

• Text/email updates:

• I will send a “debrief” at the end of the day (usually around 8pm) which includes a summary of our day together along with photos.

• If you would like your daily update at a specific time, please let me know.

• I will always be reachable by phone if you need to get in touch, and I will contact you in case of emergencies.

• Security:

• I take house sitting jobs very seriously. Not only are you trusting me to care for your animal, but your home, as well. I treat every house with the same courtesy I expect from others.

• I NEVER bring anyone you have not met to your home unless it is agreed upon beforehand. 

• I stay extra diligent about locking doors, closing windows, etc.

• Housekeeping: 

• While in your home, I keep everything clean and tidy, and put anything I use back where I found it. 

• I know how nice it feels to come home to a clean house; I am happy to take care of light housekeeping before departing.

• PLEASE NOTE for 2+ night stays: 

• The above nightly rates include the overnight stay and daytime care with sporadic breaks up to 4 hours during which time I will not be at your house. I will need to periodically leave to drop in on cats, walk dogs, or run errands. I never leave your pet without first taking care of its needs.

• 24/7 care: 

• If your pet requires 24-hour constant care, please contact me to discuss rates.

• A $30/night holiday surcharge will be added for the following nights:

  • Memorial Day Weekend: May 22-27, 2025

  • Fourth of July: Jul 2-8, 2025

  • Labor Day Weekend: Aug 27 - Sep 3, 2025

  • Thanksgiving: Nov 26 - Dec 2, 2025

  • Christmas & New Year’s: Dec 21, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026
